If you can't beat McDonald's. Then, serve something else. Thank goodness for ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Otherwise, the only flavor was the burn oil they used to cook their fries in. The sweet tea was delicious.
Easy access from the La Quinta across the street. The jalapeno cheeseburger was really good! Not spicy, but good jalapeno flavor. The onion rings were hot and the serving size was huge! Yummy milkshakes - super thick, just like a shake should be! The burger, rings and shake were way too much for me, but tasted sooo good!
Texas Burger of today is not the Texas Burger of my youth when it was a drive-up, order at the window and they would call out your number and you go back up and get your order. The food is similar but definitely not what it used to be. I remember getting an order of Steak Stix and a roll with a cup of gravy for .99 cents. What you get now is the same old song and dance from every other restaurant that has been around for some time. A cheap facsimile of its former self.
We placed an a order to go
It was a jalapeño burger combo no cheese
A cheese burger combo no onions
1 unsweetened tea and a diet dr pepper
We got charged for individual items by jonathan l and not combo meals charges and we did specify combo meals
Jalapeño burger had cheese , fries were very dry like they had been left out for awhile and we got root beer instead of a diet dr pepper
No combo discount
We questioned the amount for our order if it was the combo discount but we were ignored.
We have never gotten this kind of service at this location. We have always preferred this location to others but not anymore.
Very disappointed 😞
They had corn dogs for their kids meals!! My granddaughter loved it. My mother had been asking for Texas burger. Perfect lunch.
I went with a colleague of mine and the burger at this location was reallly good! I've been to the one in midland close to academy and it was ok. Customer service wasn't that great, but this location knocked it out of the park!
Mediocre at best. Burger was a plane meat patty. Didn’t taste any seasoning. Chili used is also not the best. Cheese on both the burger and chili cheese fries was processed cheese 🤮. The only reason I sea this franchise staying in business is there ice cream and the fact Texas is on their name. Idiots will be loyal eating here just because of Texas being in the name.
Always enjoy a burger here. This time my daughter and I got a Banana Royale. They delivered it to our table, which was really nice. Enjoyed the food.
